Dana is an award-winning triple-threat performer &

internationally sought after instructor & adjudicator.

On stage, Dana has worked with Broadway Directors &

Choreographers in leading roles such as 'Anita' in

West Side Story (award nominated) regionally & ‘Demeter’

in CATS on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Dana has also

been seen in Principal Roles in the National/International

Tours of Flashdance! The Musical & Broadway's West Side

Story. Other highlights include: her award winning

performance of ‘Viola’ in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night,

‘Charity’ in Sweet Charity and ‘Sadie’ in New York Musical

Theatre Festival’s Show Me Real.


A trained Actor, Singer & Dancer on Stage and Screen,

Graduate of the Acting Program at the Neighborhood

Playhouse School of the Theater in NYC and alumni of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's, The Ailey School, Dana has performed on stages Internationally & all over the USA, Canada. She can be seen on screen in performances that have ranged from Sundance to FunnyOrDie.com. 


As a teacher & adjudicator, Ms. Hunter has specialties in many styles of dance including ballet tap, jazz, hip hop & contemporary. With her vast experience & training, and dedication to high integrity performance with a focus on history, technique, and style, the training she offers is invaluable.
